Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the parts counter - Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts and accessories - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Process sales transactions accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist Service Advisors and Service Technicians - Stock inventory
Experience:
- Previous dealership experience is required - Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is required - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance is required - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Job Type:
