Summary:
We are seeking a Polysomnographer/Sleep Tech for a 13-week contract in Warwick, NY.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and possess the required certifications and licensure.
The position requires working night shifts for four 10-hour days, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
Conducting sleep studies on patients using various polysomnography techniques Monitoring and recording patient data during sleep studies Performing titration studies to adjust continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy Collaborating with physicians to interpret sleep study results and develop treatment plans Educating patients on proper use of CPAP and other sleep-related therapies
Qualifications:
RPSGT and NY licensure required Minimum of 2 years of experience Knowledge of polysomnography techniques and equipment Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be available to work night shifts for four 10-hour days, including every other weekend Additional Details:
